Regional law firm looking for a Virginia barred attorney. We are located in Rockville, MD and specialize in retail collections and commercial litigation. The position may be hybrid depending on candidate's location. Current Virginia bar membership required.

The position requires the handling and management of litigation cases, including discovery, arbitration, mediation, motion practice, client coordination and court appearances.
